Viable cell dynamic imaging Counter (D6) integrates bright-field + multi-color fluorescence channels, an intelligent optical magnification system, and AI precise analysis. It can be placed in a carbon dioxide incubator to monitor the cell state in real time. It is suitable for dynamic cell imaging, organoid analysis, and dynamic analysis of cell scratch scenarios.

1. Real-time Monitoring, Compatible with CO₂ Incubators

The device enables 7×24-hour uninterrupted monitoring of cell conditions with scheduled image capture and automatic video generation, requiring no on-site operator attendance. Featuring a compact footprint, it can be placed directly inside a carbon dioxide incubator.

2. Open Sample Stage & User-friendly Operation

Compatible with various cell culture vessels including culture plates, petri dishes and cell culture flasks.
Connectable to external PCs or tablets, the software adopts an intuitive interactive interface for easy operation with minimal learning curve.

3. Dynamic Cell Imaging & Organoid Analysis

Based on real-time captured organoid images, the software automatically calculates analytical parameters including organoid confluency, area and diameter, and compiles timelapse videos automatically.
Supports dynamic fluorescence cell imaging, outputting multiple datasets: cell diameter, cell area, fluorescence micrographs, synthesized timelapse videos, etc.

4. Dynamic Wound Healing Assay Analysis

Track real-time changes of cell wound gaps; the software autonomously computes cell migration rate, residual wound area and other metrics.

5. Cell Concentration & Viability Quantification

Three detection methods available:
  • Stain-free detection
  • Trypan Blue staining assay
  • AOPI fluorescence staining assay

6. Transfection Efficiency Counting (GFP / RFP Fluorescent Tags)

Supports automated counting for cells transfected with GFP and RFP fluorescent reporters to quantify transfection efficiency.

7. Extended Advanced Functions

  • Timelapse scheduled recording function built in the software; auto-generate image sequences and composite videos upon experiment completion, ideal for cardiomyocyte long-term monitoring and other live-cell studies;
  • Switchable optical magnification;
